| Police Sergeant $ 34.00 | ||
| Solo Motorcycle Sgt. $ 37.00 | ||
| Police Lieutenant $ 36.00 | ||
| Police Captain $ 38.00 | ||
| Police Major $ 41.00 | ||
| Payable Directly to the Officer. |

| Subsidized Vehicle** $ 10.00 | ||
| Solo Motorcycle* $ 10.00 | ||
| Bicycle* (Plus travel time surcharge) $ 10.00 | ||
| Mounted Unit (Horse)* $ 25.00 | ||
| (Plus 3 Hour Surcharge Per Officer Requested) | ||

| Administrative fees: $7 for the first officer, $1 for each additional officer per job. | ||
| Worker's Comp fees: $5 per officer. | ||
| Payment for Administrative and Worker's comprehensive fees shall be made out to the City and County of Honolulu. | ||
| The 2 Hour minimum will also remain the same. | ||
