Laie, HI—The Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s basketball team moved up four spots in the latest National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Division II poll released today. The Seasiders, who won the Tarp It Tipoff Classic in Washington over the weekend in their first two games of the season, received 66 points in today’s poll, an increase of 17 points over last week to move to 16th place.

BYU–Hawaii scored over 100 points in each of the two games last week as they defeated Western Oregon 107-77 and tournament host Central Washington 102-101 in overtime to take the tournament crown. The Seasiders face Henderson State (AR) tonight at 7:00 pm in Laie in the home opener for BYU–Hawaii.
