Family Mentoring Program Description

Full-time faculty and staff members are invited to participate as family mentors for international students. This commitment asks full-time staff and faculty to invite a few international students to their homes for dinner or family event. The objective of this program is to help students learn about other cultures by visiting the home of a faculty or staff member, as well as build relationships with full-time mentors who can guide, counsel, encourage, and support these students through their college experiences.

Applications to participate in this program are available by clicking on the following link(Family Mentoring Application), or in the Student Development Center in McKay 181. Once applications are completed and submitted, we will coordinate the time and date for students to visit their family mentors.
